“I’m one of the regulars at this location lol They have a great selection, yes, BUT - I specifically go to this location because of the staff. Their customer service, their knowledge, and their honesty are just a few reasons why this store gets my business. If they don’t have an answer right off the bat, they find out immediately. They also throw in some samples for our dogs to try out. They really show a lot of respect and appreciation for their customers. I love going there and I always look forward to seeing what’s new in store. ??”

“I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! This pet store is amazing. Ordered online and Uber canceled the order, refusing to come to Chippawa even though it's in the Uber delivery area. Global Pet Foods drove my dog food to my house for me today, saving me from looking into big brown hungry eyes 😂 and said they'd fix the bug with Uber so I can order online again. Such nice people. My new pet store 🥰”

“Mike at reptile Kingdom was a huge help in me dealing with a large Asian water monitor when my landlord decided it was time for her to go. He is very knowledgeable if you ever want anything to do with any type of reptiles he's the man to call”
