“Rosie (8 yrs.) chose our family in December 2024 and has instantly stolen our hearts. She's now 9 years old and in great health and has the energy of a kitten. She has brought so much love into our home. We are so grateful for the services provided by the Niagara Falls SPCA. Thank you!!!”
“Female attendant was very helpful with inquiries on a certain brand of cat food and varieties available as well as looking online at other stores and warehouse for available varieties and advised that we can order in advance with them and pickup on delivery days.”
“The staff here are super friendly, and were super accommodating when I bought an aquarium and found a chip in the top of the glass, they let me exchange it without question.”

“Me and my dog are the hard luck types. Ill happily spend more on my dog than i will on myself, and Natalie was amazingly helpful on directing me how to use their pet wash station which is super convenient as they provide all shampoos and conditioners, a variety of options for all puppies and adult dogs. My dane mix girl who hates baths was great here and I feel I got great value”
