“I saw an ad for the couch I wanted and went in and looked at it and purchased it. It arrived a week later which was good. The delivery guys were polite. They put the couch in the room and left. They did not remove the box so I could see the couch. I asked them to take the cardboard but they said they couldn’t. So it is sitting in my house and I am unable to check it out for damage.”
