“Ordered a new mattress last Thursday and it arrived today, exactly one week later. Absolutely outstanding experience from the showroom sales experience and factory tour to the prompt, professional and thoughtful delivery people. We’d give you 10 stars if we could, Bestway! And the very best part: shopping local and Canadian. Thank you so much!”
“Perfect buying experience in every way from first contact to delivery. The No Fuss Plus frame is great quality at an affordable price. Thanks Carl for answering all of my questions promptly. Love that you're based in Canada and use Canadian resources =)”
“We were delighted to work with Frank and the Furniture Gallery team. A lovely variety of quality furniture made purchasing items a very pleasant experience.
Hannah, our designer, was personable, listened to our ideas and provided appropriate information to meet our needs.
The team members were friendly, accommodating and professional from our initial experience to the actual delivery of our purchases.

“Had a great experience buying the mattress since there were great options and great service. The delivery truck was on time but im not thrilled that they make no provision to walk into my house with no shoe guards/covers.”
“We went to bouclair today to get 2 chairs , the employee Erika helped us a lot throughout the selection and also came forward and gave us a hand to bring the furniture outside, really great service by her”
“Doug was fantastic to work with, he spent lots of time to find the right mattress for us. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. We highly recommend him”

“Very pleased with our dealings with Direct Bed. Shane was very helpful and patient with my elderly parents who were in need of a mattress. From talking to him in person and over the phone Shane listened to their needs and wants. He nailed it! When mom is happy, everyone is happy. Thank you Shane and Direct Bed.”
