Super clean stitches. And called you quickly after surgery to reassure the process/success. Which is really nice to speak directly to the doctor doing the procedure. Her healing was excellent. And now she no longer limps or is in pain!

Fritters on the Lake
217 King Street, Niagara-on-the-LakeWe stopped here as the few times I've been to Niagara on the lake I've wanted to try this place and they've been closed.
We were lucky when we stopped by it was not very busy even though there were a lot of tourists. I'm a huge apple fritter fan. So i placed an order while my partner waited out side with our bikes. After placing the order i didn't not realize they had peach fritters for the season. Since peaches are her favourite i had to get another order.
They are fresh as they make them on site. After i had placed my orders the place got real busy. So don't go if you're in a rush, but it is definitely worth it. You have the option of getting toppings ($ extra) but since we were biking we took them as is. We waited about 10mins for our order. While waiting my partner and i switched watching it things while she went inside to sign the wall which was a nice thing on our bike tour.
The fritters themselves are very nice and light. They aren't very sweet and rely on the fruit being the star of the donut. Would recommend giving it a try if you're a fan of donuts.

Marynissen Estates Winery
1208 Concession 1 Road, Niagara-on-the-LakeA lovely relaxing and informative stop on our bike tour. We sat outside in the shade with beautiful views of the adjacent farms. The tasting was well-paced, with the host bringing out one wine at a time and giving us about five minutes between pours to really enjoy it. She shared great details about the grape varieties, sugar content, harvesting process, and the history of the estate. It felt much less commercial and rushed than other spots, offering a calm, personalized experience. Overall, a great place to park the bikes, sip some wine, and unwind!
