The team and environment at glenridge animal hospital is nothing short of warm, inviting, and seriously experienced and skilled. From the moment you walk in and see your pets name on the welcome sign, interact with the amazing desk crew, to being in the office with the vet and their tech’s, you’re surrounded by skilled professionals who trulyyyyy care. I used to bring my rabbit to another place who lost their staff with bunny-specific knowledge and skills who were wonderful, so they referred me to a location affiliated with them in another city and they did not know what they were doing. Treatment was going no-where, money and time were well wasted, but most importantly my pet was still suffering which is the last thing we want. I started google searching and that’s how I came across this place. We met with Dr. Rachel who is also extra passionate about cats and specifically dwarf bunnies. Butters my Netherland dwarf was always in the best care for the last couple years of life while she dealt with the snuffles. The team made her as happy and comfortable as possible even though this is a common and chronic illness that just seems unavoidable in species with small anatomy. I don’t know what I would have done without them. Having a pet who needs an exotic vet isn’t always cheap but I always found this team to be as transparent and responsible every step of the way in explaining possible options, treatment plans, weighing options with medicines and tests, and Butters was a picky eater so she really only preferred her beloved honey medicine. Sometimes it’s trial and error, but they had the knowledge to trial the most effective possible courses of action. Life’s not always perfect but I genuinely want to thank every single member of this team for being so fantastic, caring and compassionate.

Service was quick, friendly and helpful.
The food was excellent. The chicken schnitzel is recommended. It seems to be the most popular selection by the restaurant’s patrons.
We also tried their smash burger which was generous in size and garnishing. Had a very homemade feel.
Lots of interesting menu items to try in the future so we will surely return.
