I wanted to just have a conversation about their investment products. They don't do telephone appointments. I have to take time off work or try get an evening appointment and travel to the bank. CIBC did a phone appointment no issues.

This branch was great when we encountered rudeness at the downtown branch. Curtis went above and beyond to help us in every way and made it a pleasant interaction. He got stuff done and answered all of our questions. Hiighly recommend him hands down!

Two of the ATM machines out of three we're not working the one that was working wouldn't give you paper copy of your transaction
