“I had a problem making my purchase online ~ I called our local Mark's (in North Bay, ON)& spoke with the nicest woman, her name is Dale. She was kind enough to jot down my items (it was only a few things) and gathered them up for me to go in & pay for them! I was planning free pick up at the store anyway!
I am unable to get out & shop for myself this year & that was such a kind thing for Dale to do.
