“This is my very first car purchase, and after visiting several dealerships, I am truly grateful that I chose Mazda of Toronto.
Among all the brands I explored, Mazda left the best overall impression on me. The CX-30? is absolutely lovely in design, both cute and elegant at the same time. The interior features are extremely thoughtful, especially the Head-Up Display and the 360-degree camera system, which are incredibly beginner-friendly and give me a great sense of safety and confidence as a new driver.
I would especially like to thank our sales representative, Reza.?????? He was incredibly warm, patient, professional, and genuinely honest throughout the entire process. He took the time to carefully answer all of our questions and made us feel comfortable and supported every step of the way. His sincerity and attitude truly touched me, and he was a major reason why I chose to purchase my first car from this dealership.
On the delivery day, Reza also took great care in explaining every function and feature of the vehicle in detail, which made me feel very confident and reassured as a first-time car owner.

“I am so happy with Mr. Yaro's work. The bumper of my 2025 Mazda CX-5 was damaged, as were the rocker panels on both passenger-side doors. I went to two different garages, and they gave me very high bills. “I highly recommend Zex Toronto. Zex properly diagnosed the real problem instead of trying to sell parts.
They found that my wastegate was stuck open, adjusted the actuator rod, performed a proper relearn, and fixed the issue. My P0045 code is now gone and the car drives perfectly.
Honest, knowledgeable, and professional. They saved me a lot of money and stress. If you have turbo or boost issues, go here first.

“When's to this location for an air filter and engine filter for my car. While the lady there was very helpful and assisted me without any issue.
My issue is with Napa call center. I had called about a week ago to reserve an air filter and engine filter. As a result, I was told that they had them in stock at this particular location and they would make a note of it. So when I go there I could just pick them up and pay for them.
Upon coming there this Wednesday. I was told by this location that they did not have a record of my order and second of all that the engine filter was not available. While this may seem minor, it was an extreme inconvenience for me since I had to replace the engine filter and their call center did not communicate with the location in question. As a result, I suggest that Napa call center communicate clearly their information to their locations and to the customers. Other than that, the place is great has what you need. If the call center communicates otherwise it would be best to go in and reserve it in person, which is again another inconvenience.”
