“In 2023 I was referred to Elite Auto Collision by a friend who is an auto insurance adjuster and a mechanic. It says a lot about this place. Not only are they really good at fixing cars but also have many years of experience. If you are deciding on a place to have your car fixed after an accident this is the place to go. I really appreciated the honest recommendations by Mario and Joe his brother and the service, and the job by the technicians they are really good. I was sold a used vehicle by a dealer which did not repair the previous damages on my car properly and now it looks brand new. I also enjoyed playing with their unofficial mascot Bruno while waiting for my car.

It’s 2026 and well it’s my third time coming to the shop. Whenever I call I can hear Mario ask me… Ya hit another pothole again?! Anyways, just kidding! This time it was a car accident. Even though I wasn’t at fault I was told by my insurance if I choose my own shop I may pay out of pocket. I still chose Elite Auto Collision. Joe really helped me through the process as it was already stressful enough and talking to insurance and other things too. I also appreciate that it was original OEM parts and Joe really helped me out and always excellent service and workmanship. It was also easy for the car rental as well they arrange the pick up and I just dropped off the car at the shop. I didn’t see Bruno the unofficial mascot I heard he’s on vacation but this time but I met Ralph he’s the sweetest.”
“Highly recommend Sunny and the team at Excella. Took my 2016 BMW 328i xDrive wagon in for a complete ZF 8-speed transmission service (pan and fluid change). They did an incredible, meticulous job following the strict temperature-fill procedures and gave honest, expert feedback on the internal components. It's rare to find a shop that uses German OEM parts and fluids like Fuchs oil and MANN filters. Professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I will definitely be back for future maintenance.”

“Truly a class act organization. No high pressure tactics. I couldn't quite make up my mind after my initial test drive but decided to buy it after I went home. After I made up my mind and came back it took Chai no time to write up the paperwork. No extra appointments with someone else to try to upsell other services or extended warranties even if though there was an option to take one had I wanted it. The vehicle pickup was also efficient and I was out of there with the new car in less than a few minutes. Love the car.”

As soon as I walked in and explained the issue with my car, Sang was able to accommodate me and offered to look at the car on the same day. I was very appreciative of this as I did have my family with me including a toddler and an infant. It meant a lot to me that we didn’t have to come back on another day. Within a couple hours, he called and explained the work needed to be done and was able to order the parts and complete the job by mid afternoon.
