He repaired my Nissan SUV so well that even the dealer couldn’t find any issues when I returned the lease. Since then, we’ve continued to come here for all our vehicles — including our Mercedes and Porsche — for any body work or touch-ups. From fixing rusted wheel covers to recently replacing my Porsche’s headlight cover, the work has always been top-notch. The receptionist is very pleasant and friendly even being able to address me and my wife with our first names the very first time we get in to the reception.

He operates with honesty and integrity (traits I've developed a 6th sense about over the years). Today was the second time we needed Fix Auto Allen's services. I had such a great experience at Keele Auto Centre! I came in without an appointment, fully expecting to be turned away because they were clearly busy — but John went out of his way to fit me in for a much-needed oil change. Not only did he get the job done, but he actually finished earlier than I expected, which was incredibly considerate and appreciated.
My oil changes tend to be on the pricier side due to my car make, but the price here was totally fair and transparent. It’s rare to find a shop that’s this accommodating, efficient, and honest.

“Sang and Igor were so welcoming and helpful. I was recommended this place by a close friend of mine. As soon as I walked in and explained the issue with my car, Sang was able to accommodate me and offered to look at the car on the same day. I was very appreciative of this as I did have my family with me including a toddler and an infant. It meant a lot to me that we didn’t have to come back on another day. Within a couple hours, he called and explained the work needed to be done and was able to order the parts and complete the job by mid afternoon. It feels good knowing I have a mechanic I can trust and at the same time supporting a local business. I had a great experience from start to finish and will return in the future. Found this place on a Sunday afternoon and it was open, went there and got a quote immediately and by Tuesday I brought the car over to get it fixed , was initially told it would be ready by Friday but it was ready even before that and in perfect condition”

“I just had Direct Repair fix the entire back gate of my Ford Edge after having been rear-ended. The other party was at fault so Dougei and team worked seamlessly with the insurance company and rental company to make the entire process easy. I was shocked how simple it was. I brought the car in on Monday and it was ready early in the day I was told. And it looked great! And to boot, they did a bang up job of washing the car inside and out so I felt amazing
