“Had to do the mandatory windows uodate on my personal computer. Got it done within couple days for me as I had dropped off Saturday evening and got back working and nothing wrong Monday afternoon. Price was fair and what was promised. Worth checking out if you have some computer related needs or parts required. Have a great one all.”

Fortunately, it was under warranty and after doing some searching on line and having the warranty authenticated, we were able to make phone contact and have it repaired within a day with a Dell technician actually coming to our home for a service call.
