“We recently reno'd our ensuite bath and bedroom and used Casa for our lighting needs. From our experience Casa has the best and most original selection of lighting in the city. Additionally their staff is super customer focused, we worked with Katie and she was fantastic. Knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. She even lugged big boxes outside for us. We've used Casa numerous times and will continue to do so in the future.”

When needed but giving you space to browse. Staff did not approach me at all. Quality seems ok across the board, and there are options at different price points, which I appreciated. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I need to update my home!”

“If I could give zero stars, I would.
This store is beyond disappointing. I placed a large online order for plates and a serving dish and requested delivery. When the package arrived, half of it was broken. That part I can accept, it happens.
The real issue started with their customer service, which is the worst I’ve ever experienced.
• I emailed them immediately. It took two weeks to get a response.
• When they finally replied, they said they’d “look into it”… and then disappeared again.
• I tried Instagram, where they were polite and apologized, promising to resolve it “as soon as possible.” Another week went by.
• Eventually, they emailed saying they would issue me a refund, even though I had asked for a replacement dish.
But the worst part? Instead of refunding my credit card, they sent me a gift card within minutes LoL … Honestly, who would ever want to buy from them again? That’s ridiculous.
Mistakes happen, but neglecting and dismissing customers is unacceptable. Do yourself a favor, avoid this store completely. With so many other beautiful homeware shops out there, especially in today’s economy, you’re far better off supporting businesses that actually value and respect their customers!

She didn’t tell me no, I can’t do that. She simply said let me make a phone call, and got it doneWhen I required cutting, Lisa was right there to help me. The best part is about her is that she’s not just in it for the job, she took the time to talk to me and we had such a genuine conversationThere’s another woman working there that is absolutely an angel. When I asked her for a large amount of buttons, she made it a point to help me by calling the supplier. Although I wasn’t able to get the buttons she let me know by calling me personally, and was so incredibly kind to tell me where else I could find themThe ladies working here are amazing, they are polite and have great customer service. Despite the bad reviews, it’s evident that you must know what you are doing when you are going into a fabric store. You cannot expect the employees to understand your project more than you should know it yourself!If you are patient and willing to put your best foot forward, these ladies will literally meet you halfway and do whatever they can to get you the supplies you need, I will absolutely be coming back to this location!”
