“I don't often write reviews, but today's exceptional experience at Urban Barn simply couldn't go unmentioned. The staff here has always been incredibly friendly during our visits, but today, their exceptional service truly stood out.I dropped by the store to pick up my online order, and things took an unexpected turn. I was wearing a pair of black leather shoes that my grandmother had passed on to me. These shoes had been sitting in her closet for years, and today was the day they decided to give up on me. Halfway through the store, I noticed my shoes feeling uneven, and to my horror, they were disintegrating, leaving a trail of black leather bits all over the pristine store. I was beyond embarrassed, and I could tell that the sales associate had also noticed, given how immaculate the store was.I explained what had happened, and instead of making me feel even more self-conscious, she was incredibly understanding and reassuring. She assured me that they cleaned the store regularly and that it was no big deal. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, but her kindness and professionalism truly saved the day.I want to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude for her exceptional customer service. It's not every day that you come across such understanding and compassionate staff members. This experience has not only ensured my return to Urban Barn but will also make me a regular customer.
