Mercator Euro Mini Mart is a Serbian and East European market and deli in the North York and Scarborough area. It is considered the best Balkan store in the area, offering a fantastic selection of authentic food and goods. This includes ready-to-go prepared homemade meals like cabbage rolls, goulash, burek, and cevapi. They smoke their own meat and have a good selection of European dry sausages and cheeses. The store also carries popular brands of various foods like pickled peppers, ajvar, kajmak, jams, spices, and canned goods, plus desserts and church candles. Their soups are unbelievably good, and the lepinje is delicious. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. While a remark was made about dry sausage, the store remains a gem, always full of goods and well worth a visit for its authentic taste and wide selection.
Good selection of European dry sausages (Hungarian, Serbian, etc.) as well as some favorite Hungarian condiments (e.g., Pirosarany, Majonézes torma). Schweppes Bitter Lemon (almost impossible to get in North America), but they don't always have it.
