Metro at Bathurst & Steeles is a good, conveniently located grocery store. It is a smaller branch that is always clean, with helpful staff and great customer service. It offers all necessary products, including freshly prepared hot and cold foods, a bakery, and great meat and fish departments. The store has fresh produce, house supplies, and a wonderful variety of flower bouquets. Parking is free but the lot is usually very busy. The selection is not the biggest and things need regular replenishment. The checkout is almost entirely self-service.
Great local Metro store. Has all the main essentials + some higher quality specialty items. I want to give a shout out to Karen at the Delicatessen section. I went in today and she was incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service - truly a stand out!!
