Metro is a clean and neat store with friendly and patient staff. The self-checkout assistant is helpful, and the flower shop lady is polite. The meat section gentleman is also friendly. It offers a good hot meals ready counter with baked-to-order pizza and a steam table of roast beef, smoked meat, and more at good prices. There is a good selection of cooked food. Some would like to see less American products and more Canadian greenhouse freshness. It is a convenient neighbourhood Metro for emergency flower runs and groceries.
Prices are equivalent to a higher end store like Longo’s, the produce here is mediocre at best I would compare it to no frills (waste a lot at home ) the only good thing about this store is the cal selection in the bakery, one of the best around

Average metro grocery store however never enough cashier's, more often than not you will have to use their self-checkout which is terrible and not user-friendly when it comes to produce. I often go down the street to Longo's because of that.

It is probably one of the cleanest neat Metro I have shopped. The assistant at the self-checkout is super friendly and very patient to help me complete my checkout.
