“I live this hotel was very nice and I made a lot of friends but there is too many homeless people who steal and all my clothes and devices along with my books were all stolen at this place and the staff stole all my belongings, was so upset about how I was treated and because of this I would rate this a 3 on a scale of 10”

“We had our wedding at Hotel Ocho and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Everything went so smoothly from start to finish, and the entire team made our wedding day feel effortless. Working with Rish throughout the planning process was such a pleasure. They were easy to communicate with, accommodating, and made everything leading up to the wedding feel stress free. On the day of the wedding, Chris, Rish, and the entire team were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly attentive, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of behind the scenes so we could fully enjoy our day. The hotel itself was also perfect for our wedding. The rooms were spacious and gave us plenty of room to get ready, which was especially nice with the wedding party. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and having everyone stay onsite made the whole experience so convenient. We’re so grateful to the entire Hotel Ocho team for helping make our wedding day so special. We would highly recommend Hotel Ocho to anyone looking for a beautiful, intimate venue with an amazing team!”

“Our stay at the Broadview was very special. My new wife and I arrived,directly from a short afternoon reception and were greeted warmly and excitedly. The wonderful concierge who attended to us kindly upgraded our room in honor of our nuptials and offered the basic info. We went to our room, dropped our belongings off, and went to the record library where we grabbed a Steve Earle album, The Stooges' Fun House, and a Cyndi Lauper LP. The Cyndi was perfect for the afternoon, The Stooges for late at night, and the Steve Earle hit in the morning. The room was quite cute and had a small and sunny balcony area. When we returned in the evening after dinner and drinks with friends, we asked for a later check out which the said they could accommodate for a fee which we agreed to. Upon coming downstairs the next morning, the wonderful concierge (I believe her name was Isha?) had kindly waived the fee in honor of our marriage! How kind!!!! Thank you! We also ate breakfast at the restaurant on the top floor. The food and service were excellent. Highly recommend the pancake. We were lucky enough to enjoy a sunny morning during this otherwise rather gray spring and it was quite delightful. The staff attended to us well. Many thanks to the kind people that helped us make our first hotel visit as a married couple special!”

“The front desk at this hotel is wonderful! The front desk ensured that I was put in good rooms and provided very good service. I wanted to say thank you to everyone at the front desk, including Carly, Una, Kate, Nanor, Tanay, Karen, Joey, Michelle, and others whose name I didn't get. The front desk staff is friendly, prompt, and provide exceptional service to ensure that you are happy with your stay. The Delta Pantry is great as well, the staff do a great job at keeping it full. “Very good experience Our ice machine didnt work on our floor but it was easy enough to grab some from another floor. Plus my hubby kept going to grab candy from the vending machine on 3rd so he did refills! Nespresso in the rooms was nice. Room was clean and well stocked. Heads up!!! You don't get validated parking, you get a Qcode and prepay to leave the parking lot. We tried to get an early check in and got a run around. We finally got denied but could still park early so that was fine. Overall, very nice stay.”

“I'm giving this place 5 stars, not because it's a 5 star hotel, but because when you compare it to a homeless shelter like Seaton House, this hotel looks a lot better. If you're a normal person, visiting the city, DON'T STAY HERE, this is not the place for you. This hotel is for the homeless, escorts & drug addicts. It's not meant for tourists or anyone who owns or rents a place to live. This is for people who are in dire situations in life & would rather pay a cheap price for a private room & a warm bed, instead of going to a homeless shelter”
