“Warning for online Orders: they consistently ship out incomplete orders, make sure to specify in note to contact if incomplete, this is the only cause of my -1 star.
Ordered online and happy with the quality of each frag as they look to be pest free and algae free for the most part, unfortunately one of my items didn’t ship but I ordered two of it anyways so I guess all is good.
Note:I once placed an order with a bunch of corals listed at $0, don’t expect to get them but did expect a call or email and a laugh, instead got nothing and no corals, so technically my order was not filled, they also ended up being super grumpy about it and had some not so pleasant things to say, I’m not mad about it but really disappointed as they could have handled this much better, it’s not my fault they had it available for order.”

“On a walk this morning, I saw a raccoon in distress in the Charles Sauriol Conservation area ( in my view, likely distemper). I called 311 and was directed to TWC. Within 10 minutes of me leaving a message, I received a callback. I found the level of communication exceptional and staff were on-site within an hour. The prompt response likely spared the raccoon hours of suffering. Thank you TWC staff.”

“I visit here often. I’m always greeted by a rather odd “staff” that always sleeps on the job. Sometimes, I notice the staff playing on the clock, but when I try to checkout, this certain staff seems to get the job done by pressing random buttons on the keyboard.
He’s a really odd fella, but he always seems to be punctual to the job (does he sleep there or something?)
Anyway, see this wonderful gentleman’s work ethic for yourself.”

“Rosemary has always been there for all of my pets and never steers me wrong! I have a very sensitive and picky dog. She has been a wealth of knowledge in helping me navigate through all of her issues. One of my first visits I was so distraught and didn’t know what to do with my pup and all the vet did was keep giving her more meds and told me to feed chicken and rice (which with rosemary’s help I found out she is allergic to chicken). It wasn’t until Rosemary changed the food completely and even went as far as opening a can right in the store and making little meat balls and started to feed her, that things started getting better. I have never experienced this amount of sincere kindness and concern, dedication and knowledge, especially not in this area. Rosemary always helps me through my dogs flare ups. I’d be lost without her. Can’t imagine going anywhere else. I owe her so much for helping my little one when I felt hopeless. She is truly an angel.”

Recommended practical solutions The manager took the time to make sure I understood everything. When the staff was unsure they went to verify the info. This location will definitely be my go to.”
“I can't express my gratitude enough for the staff at PetValu especially Alex M. My dog Bucky had a really bad experience with another groomer at another big pet store, and my husband and I have been so hesitant with trying to find a new groomer for him. I was recommended this location for grooming and am so happy with the result! Bucky was so happy and cheerful after his groom, which was a huge improvement from his previous experience! I know Bucky can be a handful but everyone there was so welcoming and sweet with him. Thank you again!!! 10/10 would definitely recommend”
