“Warning for online Orders: they consistently ship out incomplete orders, make sure to specify in note to contact if incomplete, this is the only cause of my -1 star.
Ordered online and happy with the quality of each frag as they look to be pest free and algae free for the most part, unfortunately one of my items didn’t ship but I ordered two of it anyways so I guess all is good.
Note:I once placed an order with a bunch of corals listed at $0, don’t expect to get them but did expect a call or email and a laugh, instead got nothing and no corals, so technically my order was not filled, they also ended up being super grumpy about it and had some not so pleasant things to say, I’m not mad about it but really disappointed as they could have handled this much better, it’s not my fault they had it available for order.”
“Extremely helpful, and a nice customer service fellow.
They had exactly what I was looking for.. I’d been to 3 other pet food stores for my kitten!”
“Friendly staff, good selection of pet products, and the cutest cats ever. My daughter loves to pet them before we get our hamster food etc. Great vibe here thanks to the staff. Even customers are friendly. Highly recommend.”

“Bone & Biscuit is a wonderful pet store with a great selection of quality products. Catherine, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to share helpful advice. She is very pleasant to talk to and genuinely cares about both pets and their owners. Her friendly, welcoming approach makes every visit enjoyable. I highly recommend Bone & Biscuit to anyone looking for excellent products and outstanding customer service.

“Honestly, my first time bringing my dog to the groomers. I know that’s silly for a six-year-old dog but honestly, it was the best experience I ever had and I recommend coming here because they’re so welcoming and friendly.”

“I'm on my 4th order with this company in a month. This company is literally God gift to vegans... Both my cat and dog love the food I love that I can feed them both a different flavour everyday and it doesnt impact their system negatively... Switch... Great quality food.. Lovely company”
“Thank you for providing such an exceptional service! I found an injured bird who had probably hit a window of my house. I filled out the intake form provided by their website (thanks for an exceptionally designed site with clear instructions btw) and they got back to me within an hour.
I was provided with a tracking number once I brought the bird to their Downsview location so I can follow up with how this bird is doing.
I will definitely be putting up bird-deterrent decals on my windows and will donate to support this organization! Thanks again :)”
“They did a great job with Boo a few months ago. Appointment was 3 hours and was exactly what I wanted!
He’s a Samoyed with lots of hair and Petsmart did a lazy job with him. Glad I switched and he was hanging out in the front room with toys when I picked him up.
They also gave me a nice treat bag :)”
“I just moved into the area and someone I met recommended this pet store. Went for the first time today to buy my pup Holly birthday presents. I received the best service ever! Thank you so much for helping me pick the best toys and snacks for 2 year old puppy and I am looking forward to supporting you by buying all my doggy needs moving forward. 10 stars!!”

“Dave is amazing, so helpful and generous with his time and his knowledge. Fixed my birdfeeder for me, its look better than new, and in fine working order. We're trying to get a handle on these darn squirrels, hopefully his suggestions will help. My bird store for life...big shout out to David.”

“I visit here often. I’m always greeted by a rather odd “staff” that always sleeps on the job. Sometimes, I notice the staff playing on the clock, but when I try to checkout, this certain staff seems to get the job done by pressing random buttons on the keyboard.
He’s a really odd fella, but he always seems to be punctual to the job (does he sleep there or something?)
Anyway, see this wonderful gentleman’s work ethic for yourself.”

“I really appreciate this location as the owner rosemary is extremely knowledgeable in the products she carry’s and i feel she carefully curates her stock to serve a variety of needs and wants. I have other stores closer to me but this location has a family feel ❤👏”
“Very helpful staff. Patient and knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all my questions. Helped my dog find a treat she liked. Went above and beyond with googling info for me. Recommended practical solutions The manager took the time to make sure I understood everything. When the staff was unsure they went to verify the info. This location will definitely be my go to.”
“I can't express my gratitude enough for the staff at PetValu especially Alex M. My dog Bucky had a really bad experience with another groomer at another big pet store, and my husband and I have been so hesitant with trying to find a new groomer for him. I was recommended this location for grooming and am so happy with the result! Bucky was so happy and cheerful after his groom, which was a huge improvement from his previous experience! I know Bucky can be a handful but everyone there was so welcoming and sweet with him. Thank you again!!! 10/10 would definitely recommend”
“Came here to top up on some cat food and treats, the man behind the counter was so friendly and kind, asked if we needed any dry food and litter but we had enough. Will definitely come back again”
“I had a great grooming experience with Karina she’s very lovely and showed me before starting what I wanted!!! She went way beyond my expectations 100% recommend and will be coming back thank you Karina ?”
“In compare to other locations, most stuff are very helpful and knowledgeable. For me it’s a bit far but worth to go. I also found this place has different and better choice.”

“Jessica (i believe her name was) who gave my dog Toby a bath & brush today was absolutely amazing. she went above and beyond with everything, despite my dog being very anxious and jumpy. I’ve been so several different groomers and by far this is the softest i’ve ever seen my dog. Thanks again! :)”
