When I found Ami I started with a few bites in her regular food, she just picked these few bites and would not eat another meat based bite ever again. So with no transition just turned into this vegan food, she stopped vomiting and regained weight within days. she is now super healthy and enjoy eating again.Ana and the team are always available, efficient and customer oriented. I wish this company the greatest success they deserve.”

“Pet Valu is a great little neighbourhood store for all pet supplies, cats, dogs birds and fish will be looked after for any needs. Also the veterinary clinic next door not only looked after the health and welfare of Rudi the gato, but housed him when I visited family in France in 2017. Sadly in Dec 2019 he was snapped up by a roaming coyote around Prince Charles park so no more pets at house. But both places well worth a visit when in need. Visiting area picked food for Buddy my feral neighbour gato.”

“I had the most amazing experience here, not to mention the staff was super informative and caring. I brought in an injured pigeon that I found outside my condo, I hadn’t heard of them before but I was looking for a place that would euthanize the bird and actually care for him. They were so informative and attentive when I came in and the front desk woman even showed me around. It was clear she was very passionate about her job. Her name was Alexis! What they do is so important and amazing for animals in our community!”

She did a fantastic trim on our Murphy, BUT, when I was called to let me know the job was done, I asked the gentleman that called me, what the cost was. He said $120, taxes included !!When I went to pay, he charged me taxes. I said to him, are u the person that called me to let me know that my Pup was ready for pick up ? He said, Yes ! I insisted that he had said, that the cost was $120. His Customer Service "sucked". He was rude. I paid it and left very upset. I don't appreciate people that LIE.If it wasn't for Adrianna, I would never go back.Thank you again Adrianna for the fantastic job u did on our Pup.psSomeone should talk to the gentleman that lied”
