I wasted so much money on all the wrong unfitted, unsupportive shoes, at other kids shoe stores in Toronto. This will now be our regular kids shoe store for our child here. Very impressed and highly recommend the Little Shoe Palace. I read other customers feedback on Google for this store. “Shop is good, but unfortunately did not have the items I was looking for. I was looking for a replacement hose for my Osprey hydration pack and a wire brush for cleaning. They had neither sadly.
For EV/PHEV drivers, both the electric car chargers downstairs do not work. One says network is offline, the other will restart itself every few mins.
Broken since July 2021.
Update Feb 2, 2026. EV chargers are still dead”

“I went here on December 21st and got 2 pairs of shoes. When asking for the 1st pair, 3 people said they would check and didn't do anything. Finally, I didn't catch her name, but she had curly hair that was blonde & a lighter tone came helped me. She quickly assisted others and noticed I was still waiting, then got me the shoes. I was about to walk out, but she was very polite and had an excellent work ethic. She deserves a raise for being so quick to assist and help people. Honestly, it seemed like she was the only one taking the job seriously while the others walked around talking.”
