I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Miss Andrea while shopping for a T-shirt and a pair of shoes, and I can confidently say that her service exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked into the store (or started my shopping experience, if it was online), Miss Andrea was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive to what I was looking for.
What really stood out about Andrea was her genuine interest in helping me find exactly what I needed. She took the time to understand my preferences, style, and even the purpose behind the purchase. Whether it was asking the right questions or suggesting a few options I hadn’t considered, her product knowledge and customer-first approach made a big difference.
When it came to the T-shirt, she helped me find the perfect fit and material—something comfortable, stylish, and just right for my taste. And with the shoes, she was especially patient. I had a few specific needs in terms of size and comfort, and she went out of her way to make sure I tried on different styles, walked around in them, and felt totally confident in my choice.

“A great place to go n look around for sports item lovers, cuz some item were much cheaper than regular big-brand franchise stores and outlets. I bought a indoor soccer shoes. That model launched 2 years ago, but that time the price was 239 cad, now I paid 89cad. First time to be there, the staffs were enormously kind, they helped me get my size back n forth many times. For the soccer items that u look, this is the best place.”

“Fantastic kids shoe store. Really great customer service, very friendly, knowledgable and professional. I wish I had known about this place a couple of years ago, when we moved here from Europe. I wasted so much money on all the wrong unfitted, unsupportive shoes, at other kids shoe stores in Toronto. This will now be our regular kids shoe store for our child here. Very impressed and highly recommend the Little Shoe Palace. I read other customers feedback on Google for this store. Finally, I didn't catch her name, but she had curly hair that was blonde & a lighter tone came helped me. She quickly assisted others and noticed I was still waiting, then got me the shoes. I was about to walk out, but she was very polite and had an excellent work ethic. She deserves a raise for being so quick to assist and help people. Honestly, it seemed like she was the only one taking the job seriously while the others walked around talking.”
