“I highly recommend Suzie at Promenade Mall! Mojgan is always incredibly helpful, kind, and patient. She takes the time to assist with great care every single time I shop here. Thank you so much, Mojgan, for your wonderful service!🌺”
“I recently visited this shoe store and was assisted by the kindest young lady named Veronika. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair. Her genuine care made the whole shopping experience very memorable. Highly recommend this store for the great deals and fantastic staff!”
“I bought a pair of shoes from this man just one time, a few years ago. They were clearly knockoffs, but I knew what I was buying at the time. It only took a couple of months before the soles had completely worn out, so this is by no-means a quality shoe shop. But you get what you pay for, so I don't think he deserves anything less than 4-stars.”
“I came to this promenade location and bought a nice pair of fitflop white sneakers which were comfortable and a perfect fit for my feet.
I am also grateful for the super patient, kind, and knowledgeable staff Kris today, who took the time to get different sizes of 3 different shoes for me to try as well as objectively inform me of the pros and cons of the 2 I was deciding between. Your positive attitude and competency made my day, thank you! ?”

“For several years now I have been buying shoes for the whole family, for children and grandchildren, in this store. The quality of the shoes is excellent, a wide selection to suit every taste. I want to say a special thank you to the sellers of this store. This kind of help cannot be obtained in any other store, they show many different options, several sizes so that you can choose the best fit for your foot, they offer different insoles, and they play with the children and give them paper and a pen and a ruler and try to keep the children occupied with something. Thanks a lot!”
“Went to this location for a online order pickup. Service was promptly and staff are friendly. Especially Tai has helped me on fitting and made sure my new boots fit me perfectly.”

“This is the best place for knowledgeable snowboard staff and great customer service. They did such a great job at educating me on how to shop for boots which is the hardest thing to get right in your set up. My days on the hill will be so much better because of sanctions!”
