This kind of help cannot be obtained in any other store, they show many different options, several sizes so that you can choose the best fit for your foot, they offer different insoles, and they play with the children and give them paper and a pen and a ruler and try to keep the children occupied with something. “Jeidee and his coworkers were understanding. They helped to process my return when footlocker’s online customer representative wouldn’t do so. Kudos to them!!(I had initially ordered a size too big so when I returned it back to Footlocker via UPS for an exchange, they send me back mentioning that it was dirty and used. As always, I make sure to take a video/pic when Im unboxing packages. Send them some pics for proof, but they wouldn’t budge. If its too dirty to be exchanged, why would Footlocker even sell it in the first place? )”
