I picked up the car and noticed there was an issue with the tires. Arranged with Hugo to see the mechanic. It turns out there was a small issue with the rims and tires. Hugo stepped up immediately and had all taken care of by the next day.

Update 2 years later: This has been a great car that has been reliable with regular routine maintenance and everything that can be expected from a now 11 year old car. There have been no surprises at all from this dealership and will be happy to deal with them again in the future.
Update 3 years later: The valve cover that they replaced before I bought it (was leaking a little and they said they would fix it - completely normal for bmw) is holding up really well and I have never had any issues with it at all, no leaking of any kind since. Same thing with the stitching on the seat that they fixed for me, no one would ever know it was torn before. They definitely did it right with this car. Recommend this dealership to another level.”

“I decided to trade in my car looking for cash and a reliable winter vehicle. Lecos had good reviews and wasn’t too far so I began my search there. I was welcomed by John who greeted me with a big smile. Really nice gentleman who is a car fanatic. We got along instantly. I was hoping to get a bit more for my trade in so went to a few other dealers.
The feeling at these places wasn’t the best but I came to find out that John’s offer on my car was the market value: a fair price. I contacted him and came in the following day to finalize.
I met Theo who was great throughout! The car I purchased needed a lot of work to get certified and John made sure it was all completed!
The true mark of a business is the aftercare relationship. When monies have exchanged parties how does the business treat you when you need support? I can tell you, John and his family stand behind their cars! I noticed after a few days that one of the indicators wasn’t working properly and the steering wheel would shake under high speed braking (something you would not detect on a test drive). John took the car back right away and replaced both front rotors and the entire headlight housing. This cost hundreds…. But they wanted to make me happy. They did!
I don’t have time to write reviews and am not quick to praise or berate a company. I’ve purchased many cars over the years and have another 2 reviews outlining my experience. Average interactions are not worth writing about. Stellar ones are because as consumers we have so many choices.
I highly recommend this dealership and will be back again!

I jumped off the deep end as a 73 year old survivor of open heart surgery and most recently a stroke. Purchased the car (a 2001 Porsche 911) I always wanted from Lecos. I knew going in that there might be some issues (the thing about the 911 is that an owner wants perfection) and this car came very close at an astonishingly fair price. There were a couple of non-major issues that this dealership handled without any drama or nonsense.
