“Had a great experience at Arax Jewellery. I brought in my watch to have a new bracelet installed and sized, and the watchmaker took care of everything on the spot. He also cleaned the watch for me, and the whole process took less than 10 minutes.
What impressed me most was that when I asked how much I owed, he told me the job was too simple for him to charge me and wouldn’t take any money. That kind of honesty and customer service is rare.
The bracelet was fitted perfectly, the watch came back looking much cleaner, and everyone was very professional and helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future watch work. Highly recommended.”

“I’m a first timer at Classic Creations and I felt the customer service from Marnie and Ezo was excellent. Marnie was a pleasure to talk over the phone and she got me the limited Seiko Bonsai that I wanted! I really appreciate her time, patience and hospitality.
