“TL:DR -- experience was great 10/10, would remarry just to buy another ring with them.

I went there to design an engagement ring and they helped me tremendously with the process. They gave me pointers and explain some techniques that I never knew about that would make sense to add the the ring. They took their time and I felt very comfortable asking questions about the process.

I initially told them I did not need the ring rushed but some of my plans changed and they were able to rush the ring and get done in time.

The ring, of course, came out absolutely beautiful.”

“When I first entered the store, I have to admit that I felt a bit disappointed. After we walked in, a sales associate initially approached us to offer assistance, but he was stopped by a lady at the entrance, who told us that we could just look around by ourselves. From my understanding, the store usually operates on a one-on-one service model.
That being said, I would still like to sincerely thank Jennifer. Once she began assisting us, she demonstrated a very professional, patient, and welcoming attitude. She took the time to understand our needs, answered our questions thoroughly, and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. There was a small issue during payment, but she remained calm and patient, waiting us resolve it without showing any frustration.
In addition, she carefully explained the product care instructions and provided detailed information about after-sales services, which gave us great confidence and peace of mind. When we later returned to the store to pick up the item, the experience was smooth and very satisfying.
Overall, despite the slightly disappointing start, Jennifer’s professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness truly made a positive impression. “Had a wonderful experience at Swarovski, Eaton Centre this evening! I was not given any incentive nor asked to write this review, but as someone who formerly worked in this mall, I know I should give credit where credit's due.

Immediately upon entering the store, I was kindly greeted by Anna and another staff member. I mentioned I was shopping for a pair of stud earrings and was taken to their stand, without any wait!

Based on my description of what I was looking for (diamond, circular, silver backing), Anna demonstrated thorough product knowledge. Within seconds, she found a set which perfectly matched what I was wanting, but also exceeded expectations by showing multiple other options I may be interested in.

I went with our first choice. As the store has mirrors placed along the table in the centre, I had asked if I could place the earrings on myself while still there. Not only was I given a comfortable chair to sit and do so, but Anna again stood by to ensure I was satisfied with the product. As it was my first time at Swarovski, the earrings I purchased had a back/closing system I was not familiar with; she helped demonstrate how to secure the jewelry.

Although I was not rushed, from start to finish, I was in and out within 5 minutes! This is in contrast to other jewellers in the mall, where I am sometimes brushed aside and wait half an hour (or more) despite being the only one shopping.

“I would love the world to know my experience with an Apple iPhone 16 that I purchased about 7 months ago.
I live in a town of 80 people and our Fish & Game Club had a Derby this past Sunday, July 28th. My husband and I were going to fish for a couple of hours only as we were also volunteers. We went to the boat, I leaned over, and my iPhone fell into the lake! I jumped in but the shock from the cold water made me gasp for air so I didn’t have enough breath to dive under and it was too deep to feel with my feet. I’m sure there are a lot of you that know that sick feeling when you have lost your iPhone. And 3 hours later when we left to do our volunteer job, we felt pretty sure the phone would be garbage if it WAS ever found. As it turned out, there were a couple of teenagers that were in the fishing derby and were on a school swim team. After the derby was over they volunteered to try and find my phone. You have to understand this was EIGHT hours later. It was found, brought up, and it was ON!!!!! I messaged, did a few other checks and it was perfect. Still waterlogged though so we googled for information and sat it for 48 hours in white rice, changing the rice once. This was my incredible experience with your product and I’m here only 4 days later writing to you on that very phone!! My first Apple product too but I’m saving up for a laptop, watch and tablet.
