“Had a great experience at Arax Jewellery. I brought in my watch to have a new bracelet installed and sized, and the watchmaker took care of everything on the spot. He also cleaned the watch for me, and the whole process took less than 10 minutes.
What impressed me most was that when I asked how much I owed, he told me the job was too simple for him to charge me and wouldn’t take any money. That kind of honesty and customer service is rare.
The bracelet was fitted perfectly, the watch came back looking much cleaner, and everyone was very professional and helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future watch work. Highly recommended.”

Despite it was our first time shopping here, he offered us water and chocolates - this has never happened as a new customer in other stores such as Cartier or Tiffany Etc and it made us feel valued. Arsalane also patiently showed us each piece & explained every details about warranty, delivery and engraving process. The security guy was also very friendly and respectful to us. Marnie was a pleasure to talk over the phone and she got me the limited Seiko Bonsai that I wanted! I really appreciate her time, patience and hospitality.
