“Decent spot to fill up, prices usually aren’t the worst but far from the best, good variety of snacks and drinks but nothing over the top. Unfortunately this Esso does not sell dew worms to my knowledge, being close to Mohawk lake that is unfortunate. It is also attached to an animal hospital and the parking area can be a little dense at times but for the most part it’s rather open. Recommend stopping here if you’re running low on gas but that’s about it.”

“We went there to get our BBQ propane tanks filled. The attendant inside said it would be a long wait as he was the only one working? We decided to give it 5 minutes and a great guy swooped in driving a pickup truck and filled our tanks. He was very chatty and made the stop a pleasant one.”

“I stopped into “Oakland Subs” on my way through thinking it was a mexican-run torta sub shop I’d seen mentioned somewhere on Facebook. It clearly wasn’t, but I had a feeling that I needed to try it anyway.Best sandwich someone’s made for me in MONTHS. Better, though similar, than Subway etc. great daily specials and pricing. I kind of half hope that I’ll wish I were here when I find that torta sub shop, but my wife’s probably going to get tired of hearing me talk about this place. Yum.”
