“🌟 🌟 Staff: 100/5 🌟 (Greg) I got there a minute after the store opened up, and I was in a rush. Greg was super helpful in finding the right gifts for my little niece, and he even made me aware of all the available deals and how I can get the the most amount of gifts while keeping the value maximized. He even wrapped it them super diligently, and made it very pretty for my little niece. I really appreciate the effort early in the morning 🙏”

“Another feel-good place to shop. I would be devastated if bookstores like Indigo ever went out of business. This store is huge, has a great variety/selection of books (although I usually struggle to find the kids books I come in for), the layout is great too. Definitely my guilty pleasure post-work day stop!”

“I went to the store yesterday. And it was such a lovely experience. I brought my dog, because i wanted to get her out of the house and see something new since her and i were both locked up for days after the snow storm. I cannot begin to express how kind the staff was to me and my pup. My dog who is typically very shy warmed up quickly to everyone. The staff treated us so well. Some of the kindest people i have ever met. They all deserve a raise!! also, the store was clean, beautifully laid out and a huge selection of books and i cant wait to go back and pick out more books to read.”

“I was in earlier today to inquire about Absolute Batman 1. While they didn’t have it in stock Nia was a huge help answering my questions about it and highly recommended the graphic novel versions. While I wasn’t interested in grabbing them today Nia was very open to grabbing them from another store or notifying me if one comes in. I will be making conspiracy comics my go to for comic books and comic questions!”

“I cannot say enough AMAZING things about Sharon and the staff at Mastermind on Brant Street. I came in over the holidays with a big task, we were hosting our legion santa breakfast and needed to buy for 22+ kids. I was completely lost in circles just wandering the store wondering to buy on a budget and Sharon took the time out of her day to help me individually pick each present for each kid. Then she took the time to help me organize all the gifts and even came in early the next day to wrap every single gift. The service here is beyond amazing. The staff are just so awesome, you guys rock! You made this event so fantastic for the kids!! Cannot wait to come back for next years :) Thank you x a million!”
