I will say, take what some staff say with a grain of salt if THEY come up to you, instead of you coming up to them. Sometimes its a salesperson trying to sell u something u dont need.

“I had a great experience today at the Home Depot on Cross Avenue in Oakville. I purchased a few plants and had a really lovely conversation with Sandra in the garden section — she was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable about the plants they carry, and just an all-around pleasure to deal with.
At checkout, Meena was just as wonderful — warm, welcoming, and efficient, which really capped off the visit on a positive note.
