“We recently built a garden shed and I had purchased a rather large padlock with a protective shell over the shackle. I needed two additional keys made for my family. After visiting several large box stores, including a local Home Depot, I was out of luck of getting my keys copied (none of them had the correct profile of the blanks). While at Home Depot, 4 people recommended the Golden Dollar (2 staff and 2 customers) which made me chuckle as this is not something you encounter everyday. Either, many people who buy similar padlocks with a similar type of keys or this was a glitch in the matrix but it left me confounded with this event. We were now forced to drive to the Golden Dollar in order to see this exquisite cosmic force of cutting difficult key copies.Well, I must say to all those people who recommended the Golden Dollar; You were absolutely correct. The owner (my apology as I did not get his name) had spent probably 30 minutes in transforming (removing a half of a shoulder and shortening the blade) the copies before cutting the keys. Such dedication and professionalism require a huge thank you to the gentleman who helped me with the keys. And, I am sorry to have taken time away from your lunch.P.S. If I am ever in another store where a stranger is stuck locating a great key cutting service, I will tell them to go to the Golden Dollar.”

“My friend Tania had an appoint to pick up her storage contents between 8 am and 11am.We arrived early and everything was already ready. Herman was there to load everything for us, he was amazing and he didn't let us lift a finger. He placed everything safely, securely and neatly into the truck and had us on our way in less than 10 minutes.
