They found me a tire, gave my sister and I coffee and doughnuts and fixed the car in under 1.5 hours and the bill was very reasonable. “I bought a used SUV Rev4 from Jim and wonderful man who works at the Kingston office. Spoke to him on a Monday morning first thing 9am....got on the phone with my bank after hanging up. By the time I was sitting in the office with the banking agent the vehicle was in thr first stage of being sold to someone on-site. Thanks to the banking agent voicing I was approved for the loan and all the efforts of Jim on-site talking to the management I managed to get the SUV we were wanting. Although, I didn't get the amount I wanted for our trade in (who does) we were happy for all Jim's help in getting our amazing hybrid I was hunting for during my vacation. They even did a quick turn around and by Wednesday morning it was officially in my garage. When picking up our SUV Jim gave me a tour of all the ins and outs of how my hybrid worked, put the plates on in the storm for me too boot. After all was said and done and I was getting ready to drive away he even was kind and set my phone up to the SUV and helped with a little bonus gift to us. Couldn't be more happy with Jim and his helpful ? kindness during an expensive and stressful time.”

“4 hours away from home and was looking to have my coolant system checked over before heading home to Barrie. A gentleman I worked with recommended loyalist auto and they We’re great very fast at communicating and even Fit me in on my way home from Kingston to Barrie on a Friday.
Checked only what I asked to have checked confirmed it was probably a micro leak after pressure testing it the System and prices We’re very reasonable. I then had my car tire literally shred and thought It might have been my rim that was kind of already bent got bent more they went out of there way to track down a tire and rim For my car.
Highly suggest loyalist auto ?
