    “I have been bringing my mom grocery shopping here for over a year now ever since my dad passed. Everyone that works at this store is polite friendly and very helpful. I can ask the grocer that works there any question and he knows exactly were it is or if they have it or not. We got so friendly with each other we joke around with each other now. My mom always goes to the same young cashier everytime we shop there. She is very polite young lady with lots of manners. She knows my mom so well now that they have long conversation while I bag the groceries”

I try to visit whenever I am in the area, to pick up from Harmony, my favourite selection of organic vegetables, dairy , spices, herbs, supplements, clean home cleaning products, etc. I wish Harmony had more branches. Canada's largest food and pharmacy retailer announced it will spend $2.4 billion in 2026 to open new stores, renovate existing locations and strengthen its supply chain. The company plans to open 70 new stores in 2026. That includes 34 Shoppers Drug Mart and Pharmaprix pharmacies and care clinics, along with 31 hard-discount No Frills and Maxi grocery stores. On top of the new openings, Loblaw will renovate another 191 stores and continue construction on a roughly 1.2 million-square-foot automated distribution center in Caledon, Ontario.
