“Most of the staff are amazing but I did find a lot of woman’s shirts w blue stains all over them. The only reason I seen them was because I bought one and had to return it the next day. I brought up every shirt I found w it on it. They kept them but I’ve been back since and seen way more.”

“I feel sorry for the employees at the Orillia location. There are so many homeless people coming in and stealing. I witnessed someone stealing and putting an item under his clothes, and they were helpless to do anything due to past violence at the store. They have been advised to just record the date and time that the incident occurred. So sad.”

“Great location for this Home Depot. Nice clean store and easy to navigate. Use their app to find where you need to go and what you need to get as there's only a handful of people that actually know where everything is in the store. Other than that it's a fantastic location. They always have what I need. The self checkouts are clean and efficient. The cashiers are efficient as well.”

“I was shopping for a family of 4 that lost everything to a fire. It was over $400 and I asked for help at the self check out. So much stuff! Avery stayed with me we scanned and packed and then she loaded my cart! Sweet happy helping. I would have been lost without her. Then Ryan collecting carts in 28 degree heat helped me load my car instantly. Very mannerful and nice. This was a monumental task and these two employees were exemplary!!I am one happy customer thank you”
