Kyle, the owner took the time to answer my questions, and I felt comfortable bringing my SUV to him. We had a miss communication on the service. I wrote him an email with my concerns and he called me back first thing the next morning. We made an appointment to look at the vehicle together, he addressed all my concerns and made it right. The customer service, attention to detail and ensuring that customer is happy is important to them. I felt heard and was very happy with the resolution.
