“This pharmacy has always gone the extra mile for us. The team and pharmacists are wonderful, caring, compassionate and professional. I have always been satisfied with the services here but more particularly, I had been navigating our difficult medical system all week for our daughter and came across a situation where I needed a medication for her asap. I finally had the prescription in hand and even though they were closing within 20 minutes, the pharmacist filled the prescription right away, without hesitation. He was so kind and sympathetic - I cannot recommend this place enough.”

“I go to Costco to get my prescriptions. Unfortunately the prescription I have is on back order. So they called me to call another pharmacy to fullfull my presctiption. I called a few pharmacies in Orleans. Some of them don't even want to entertain me. But when I called Orleans Pharmacy, the lady who answered was so HELPFUL and asked me all the informations she needed so she can forward the medication that I needed to Costco. I would feel very comfortable discussing any issue i may have with the pharmacist or staff and they will take the time to answer any questions you may have. Their dispensing fee is more than reasonable. Again, i highly recommend.”

One medication was not covered by OHIP and the pharmacist discussed with the doctor for an alternative option so I can get the medication at no additional cost. “This is a fairly large Rexall.The first thing I noticed about it is that it has reserved parking spots out front for customers who are 55 years old or older. I pointed them out to my mom (who I was with on my most recent visit to this Rexall) and she thought it was cool, haha. She said she'll tell my dad so he can park there when they go, lol. The store is big, bright and clean and well stocked. I like that they have their clearance racks at the front of the store. As y'all know, clearance racks are my favourite place to shop, so I appreciate having it there as opposed to buried in the back of the store where I have to go looking for it, lol. This location even has public washrooms, which are pretty rare for drug stores. I think this is one of the bigger and more modern Rexalls in the city. It's in a plaza, so lots of free parking.”
