“As most reviews have already mentioned, I can't express how genuinely kind and patient everyone at Medici is.
When my daughter was in treatment for leukemia, they went out of their way to accommodate the dosing so I didn't have to continously experience long (although understandable) wait times at Kid Care Pharmacy post chemo treatments. It was a game changer.
They're always understanding and open minded when approaching questions and concerns.
So lucky to have them in our little village ☺️”

“I go to Costco to get my prescriptions. Unfortunately the prescription I have is on back order. So they called me to call another pharmacy to fullfull my presctiption. I called a few pharmacies in Orleans. Some of them don't even want to entertain me. But when I called Orleans Pharmacy, the lady who answered was so HELPFUL and asked me all the informations she needed so she can forward the medication that I needed to Costco. Luckily we found Best Care Pharmacy and Yara helped us get the medication that we needed very quickly and helped us answer all the questions that we needed with lots of patience and care. “Recently I was at this jean coutu and was told to go to reception for the bathroom key. I wasn't sure where the reception was so I politely asked a laboratory clerk for help and she didn't seem happy as if I was disturbing her. She told me: << it's not a key but a code >> but I didn't know since I was told a key. When she was doing the door code, she let out a big sigh.I gave 4 stars because I usually have good service but I am simply disappointed with this experience.”

“I have been calling in my prescriptions to this pharmacy since it opened and have been treated well always. My only gripes are that they don’t have certain medications in stock on occasion and are obviously understaffed at times as they don’t have time to answer the phone (they have admitted that to me). I find that they are very proficient at providing vaccines on request.”

“Switched pharmacy to Sobeys at Trim road 3 years ago after being subjected to horrible, even negligent service from Shoppers at Portobello. My hubby’s high blood pressure meds were routinely out of stock and the last straw was when they tried to get us to call other pharmacies to get it fulfilled as they didn’t have time to do it. I love the Pharmacy at Sobeys. Always professional, easy to reach and friendly. I appreciate their level of service so much.”

“This is a fairly large Rexall.The first thing I noticed about it is that it has reserved parking spots out front for customers who are 55 years old or older. I pointed them out to my mom (who I was with on my most recent visit to this Rexall) and she thought it was cool, haha. She said she'll tell my dad so he can park there when they go, lol. The store is big, bright and clean and well stocked. I like that they have their clearance racks at the front of the store. As y'all know, clearance racks are my favourite place to shop, so I appreciate having it there as opposed to buried in the back of the store where I have to go looking for it, lol. This location even has public washrooms, which are pretty rare for drug stores. I think this is one of the bigger and more modern Rexalls in the city. It's in a plaza, so lots of free parking.”
