But when I called Orleans Pharmacy, the lady who answered was so HELPFUL and asked me all the informations she needed so she can forward the medication that I needed to Costco. “I have been calling in my prescriptions to this pharmacy since it opened and have been treated well always. My only gripes are that they don’t have certain medications in stock on occasion and are obviously understaffed at times as they don’t have time to answer the phone (they have admitted that to me). I find that they are very proficient at providing vaccines on request.”
“This is a fairly large Rexall.The first thing I noticed about it is that it has reserved parking spots out front for customers who are 55 years old or older. I pointed them out to my mom (who I was with on my most recent visit to this Rexall) and she thought it was cool, haha. She said she'll tell my dad so he can park there when they go, lol. The store is big, bright and clean and well stocked. I like that they have their clearance racks at the front of the store. As y'all know, clearance racks are my favourite place to shop, so I appreciate having it there as opposed to buried in the back of the store where I have to go looking for it, lol. This location even has public washrooms, which are pretty rare for drug stores. I think this is one of the bigger and more modern Rexalls in the city. It's in a plaza, so lots of free parking.”
“Switched pharmacy to Sobeys at Trim road 3 years ago after being subjected to horrible, even negligent service from Shoppers at Portobello. My hubby’s high blood pressure meds were routinely out of stock and the last straw was when they tried to get us to call other pharmacies to get it fulfilled as they didn’t have time to do it. I love the Pharmacy at Sobeys. Always professional, easy to reach and friendly. I appreciate their level of service so much.”
