“This store is favorite place to buy work shoes for my wife and I usually accompany her to the store.
During last visit, the customer service guy was so nice and took his time and described the benefits and drawbacks of different pair of shoes and he was very knowledgeable and already aware of workplace policy for all major employers. Super friendly front end receptionist.
My wife went to exchange the shoes next day. He gladly accepted the exchange and was as helpful as last day and explained us the store policy.
For work shoes, there are way more choices for men's work shoes, but limited choices for women's work shoes. My wife likes only one pair and is buying the same for last 5 years and those are always available. But if you are looking for women's work shoes, you may find some shoes, but not the great collection. While you will find lots of pairs for men's shoes.”

“The styles are changed often and I find the clothes last a decent amount of time.Staff is not bad. Sometimes they will only stay behind the cash register chatting and call to you across the store asking if you need help rather than approaching you.Sometimes the store can use more cleaning/organizing.Overall a great store though.”

“We had a great experience today when we brought our child in to get a new pair of indoor shoes for school. I unfortunately didn't catch the gentlemen's name, but he was absolutely terrific! He went above and beyond, and really engaged with our child in a positive way. We were in and out within 5-10 minutes and really made our day easier!”

“We had visited a few Call it spring stores in the Ottawa area. Our last chance to get what my daughter wanted for her graduation was at the Orleans store. We ended up with the Manager helping us. The level of customer service was like nothing we had ever encountered. I can’t say enough good things. My daughter was over the moon that she was treated so well and found exactly what she wanted.
