“I consistently have great experiences here. The staff are knowledgeable, engaged, and clearly passionate about sports. Many are younger employees, so a little patience goes a long way as they grow into the workforce.

My 5-year-old son is always treated exceptionally well, they speak to him kindly and are incredibly helpful. Special shout-out to Alexi, who is consistently respectful, attentive, and goes above and beyond. He even surprised us by taping my son’s hockey stick when we picked up a new one - true white-glove service at a young age.

This location is very busy and can feel chaotic at times, but the team is open to feedback and genuinely wants to improve the experience. Pricing is fair on both new and used items. Trade-in values may feel lower than expected, but that’s the trade-off for avoiding the hassle of selling privately and allowing the business to remain profitable.

I shop here for most of our equipment, especially hockey gear, and highly recommend it.”

They analyzed the wear on my old shoes, analyzed my walk, talked through my running goals, measured my feet and they suggested multiple pairs as a starting point.
