“As a new-ish runner I was looking for my first pair of shoes to train longer distances. I was so impressed with the help I received from the staff here. They were knowledgeable and kind. They analyzed the wear on my old shoes, analyzed my walk, talked through my running goals, measured my feet and they suggested multiple pairs as a starting point. We cycled through a few brands and sizes based on my feedback. The pair I ended up buying fits so well and I’m excited to try them out.”

Matthew (an engineer) quickly mounted our new bindings on our new skis, and made them just perfect for our ski level. I often see him at the service shop (e.g., skate sharpening), and he's always kind and efficient.

He showed us several options, was very knowledgeable, and was especially kind and friendly toward my five-year-old. It’s refreshing to experience such attentive service—something many stores seem to have forgotten, but clearly not at this location. The customer truly comes first here. Highly recommended.”
