“Khal and his team are professional, efficient, courteous, and honest. I have been going to Ottawa Tires and Rims for many years for seasonal tire changes, tire storage, and tire repairs. The wheel balancing is always spot on, and they consistently offer the best prices in town for tires and rims with amazing, honest pricing.
Beyond the great value, what keeps me coming back year after year is their level of customer service. Khal and his staff treat you with respect, never push unnecessary upsells, and make sure you're getting the right tire for your vehicle and driving conditions. Even during the peak spring and fall tire rushes, the turn-around time is fast, organized, and stress-free. If you're looking for a dependable, transparent, and top-tier tire shop in Ottawa, I cannot recommend Khal and his team highly enough!”
“Highly recommended! I brought my 2008 Honda CRV in this spring to check out their inventory of gently-used tires and I was able to get a good set of 4 Goodyears purchased and mounted in the same afternoon (and I was a walk-in on a Saturday!). Friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff, efficient work that was well-done and simply convenient. I will absolutely be back for any tire job in the future - great work and thanks so much Mr. Tires Ottawa!”
“Needed Front tires for my Vehicle yesterday. These people have very reasonable prices. Especially for today where everyone is watching their budgets. Upfront zero hassle and they went out of their way to make sure the customers are taken care of. Will I return for future needs. 100% yes”
“Bon service rapide et efficace et prix compétitifs. On voit qu'on fait affaires avec des gens qui connaissent leur métier en plus d'être très agréables. Un peu difficile à les rejoindre par téléphone par contre, ce qui semble être la tendance générale dans tous les commerces.”
“Sean really helped me when I was in a bind in finding a tire for my Audi. I went in and he was able to install it while I waited even though he was super busy. He even called me the next day to make sure all was OK. The place isn't much to look at, but I can't recommend high enough.”
“What an awesome experience. You just don’t go for tires replacement, you feel the warmth and outstanding customer satisfaction. Moe, the Manager, is wonderful. I am happy that all our cars are taken care of by them including storage of tires. Please continue the good work.”
“An issue happened with my break pad replacement and when informed about it, the matter was resolved in a timely and professional manner. Mistakes could happen to anyone. So, will definitely consider going back.”
“Huge shout out to Mario and co. at Avenue Tire depot who were able to get my husband and I a new tire and called a head to the Hewlers garage across the street to help us get a new front tire put on our car after purs was blown out by a quarry rock in front of their store.
You guys are life savers!”

“Went to get my oil changed at a different mechanic shop but these brothers got me right even though it’s a weekend and most mechanic shops aren’t open they took care of me turns out the previous shops mixed oil with coolant and gave problem to my engine. Within 1 hour or so after calling them they called me back and told me to bring my car in and they’d take a look, turn out my engine and the mixed fluid was the problem. They took apart the engine and within 3 hours my car was fixed. I will definitely be returning to these brothers.”
“Here’s a more natural and polished version:
I had my car balanced several times at another garage, but it still had vibration issues. Today, Costco rebalanced it for me, and it’s fantastic—there’s no vibration anymore. Thank you!”
