Old Navy is an apparel and accessories brand for the entire family, featuring everything from jeans to comfy fleece and bestselling activewear. The store offers great clothing for women, men, and kids, with many fabric blends and options. Customers report incredible customer service from a friendly and approachable team. The store provides great comeback sales and a worthwhile loyalty program. However, some note that while there are lots of items for sale, there can be a lack of available sizes. The store can sometimes be a bit of a mess with very little staff around for assistance. Masks are required for in-store shopping.
