Poor initial customer service, asked to purchase a labtop and was directed to the labtop table where I waited 30 minutes and was ignored while employees were free. Eventually was helped out and then service was good.

I visited the Apple Store at Bayshore Shopping Centre in Ottawa yesterday because my iPad had crashed. The service was incredibly fast and excellent from start to finish. The team resolved the issue on the spot, and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Many thanks to the outstanding staff. A+++
