Carta Magica Ottawa is an amazing store and an absolute treasure trove for gaming. It supplies cards, dice, and plenty of everything needed for gaming fun, including a decent selection of Dungeons and Dragons. Reviews highlight amazing and exceptional customer service, with friendly and helpful staff who are great to work with and go above and beyond. The store is highly recommended, though some note room for improvement with extended hours. Customers report they will certainly be coming back.
Phenomenal staff, I once brought a deck that had been cycled out literally the day of, and one of the workers kindly lent me a deck to play, and it wasn't a cheap deck at all.
The worker was also extremely kind and friendly to me.
Definitely made me want to come back to play here and shop more.

Full of wonderful and knowledgeable people with big hearts who genuinely care about the products they sell and the community they serve. I’ve been going for years and I’ve yet to have a bad experience. Definitely a fun hobby shop to stop into and support! Would highly recommend.

Every time I go in there the staff is super friendly and helpful. Opened a booster box with the owner (I think) today and had a great time. I'm never disappointed leaving Carta Magica
