“I only had to go to one place for a souvenir this time around. Normally I go to about 5-6. This place is filled with amazing clothes and souvenirs. The clothing is almost every average girl and boys closet dream. They have basic t-shirts long sleeve and short. They have hoodies and sweaters. Magnets and jewelry. This place is the perfect spot to find a perfect souvenir and or gift. I highly recommend and will be visiting again! Love you crazy moose❤️.”

“Sometimes great finds, sometimes poor stock and low quality. Love the range of sizes up to 4XL. Have gotten good ski and hiking gear here. Staff have always been helpful.”
“In my opinion, the stuff in this store is way better than the stuff in the regular Gap stores. More my style, at least. They carry a lot more classic basics rather than “trendy”-styled clothes. Store has a nice layout, staff is friendly.”
“Wide range of merchandise attractively displayed. Large space with high ceilings broken up into smaller bays so it doesn't feel like a flea market.
Check out moves smoothly, although lineups are sometimes significant. The staff is unfailingly attentive and never seem to be stressed and give you their full attention when it's your turn. Ad far as this model of checkout goes this is a very good experience.”
“I love this place. My son is special needs and visits almost every week to get new books and look through their wide variety of toys and puzzles. They are always so welcoming and kind and have gone above and beyond to make sure he is happy. They even let me know when they were going to be closing for a day as I had told them he was really upset the last time it happened. They didn't need to do that, but they did, and that shows how much they care about their customers and people in general. Always kind, good prices and lots of options.”

“Great clothing store. I Always stop by this place whenever I am in Ottawa.
They have all the OG streetwear brands that other stores don’t carry anymore (which is what I’m looking for). Great customer service, the older gentleman will help you with whatever it is that you’re looking for. They even knocked the price down for me by $10 when I bought two shirts there recently.”
“As parents to be, we had a wonderful experience going in to Clément just to have an idea what to prepare! We were looking for mainly strollers and car seats. The ladies who helped my husband and I were very kind, knowledgeable, and patient. They were always genuinely smiling and attentive to our needs and gave great advice. “Amazing Customer Service when buying a Suit for my 12 years old son today at Growing Kids Billing’s Bridge. After going to multiple stores to find a right size (adult size pants and kids size shirt and vest) for multiple days, I was unable to get the right size. I was served by Elizabeth. She spent time and effort trying to get the right size. Going back and forth to storage and trying on multiple different selections to meet our needs and wants. I had almost lost faith in customer support in Retail but my faith is restored in genuine service to customers. Great job Elizabeth and a heartfelt thank you for your patience and service.”
