Costco Wholesale offers a wide range of great products at attractive prices, making it a popular shopping destination. Customers appreciate the friendly and efficient staff, especially at the Tire desk, where help with tire issues is readily available. The Kanata location, though smaller than others, still provides almost everything shoppers need. However, parking can be a challenge during busy times, leading to congestion and some customers parking on the street. Many enjoy the experience of shopping at Costco, especially with the free food samples available, which enhance the shopping experience. Overall, Costco delivers good value and a pleasant atmosphere for families and individuals alike.
Aside from the volume of shoppers Costco rarely disappoints. Their new self checkout system is outstanding. We checked out in just a couple of minutes.

Excellent Costco found everything I was looking for. However being new to Ontario this Costco is freaking huge near got lost and it took me 3 hours to get the shopping done. Wow it's a big Costco. If you can't find what you want your in the wrong store. 😃

We got amazing customer service outside by one of the staff members. His name Alronne who came to grab all the carts and put stuff in our trunk. This is why we shop at Costco
