“Tracy from the paint section is an outstanding worker. Her customer service skills are exceptional. She is beyond knowledgeable and patient. I was worried about paint smells and she opened multiple cans for me until I was comfortable and helped me select the best paint for the job I was doing at home. I got my husband a T-shirt of Nickelback's 2005 smash hit album All The Right Reasons for under $10. I was very excited to find it because it is hard to find Nickelback merchandise. It was red, which I didn't care for, but it was still a nice shirt overall.
I miss the mural wall that they used to have, they should not have gotten rid of it during the renovation, or they should find a way to put it back. It loses 1 star for this reason.”

“Owen from Homesense went above and beyond with his customer service. I purchased a 6 ft nutcracker from this store. Owen took the time ( on one of the busiest days of the year) to wrap it up with foam and then with shrink wrap. He also brought it out and loaded it onto my husband’s truck.

“I love Giang Tiger, I will always shop at our Canadian chain store. The quality is alright, but the prices have gone up and that is unfortunate. Their clearance prices are great though.
I knocked off one star because most of the clothes I've seen there this year were ugly.”

“I went here this morning and all the staff were so friendly! The guy at checkout rolled up all my shirts super nicely and was lovely to chat to! He even packaged my ramen bowl in paper and made it easier to fit into my backpack! Wonderful store with wonderful staff. :)”
“It can be lovely and sales or even the prices can be great but sometimes those prices are wild. But I've found very good deals. The problem is going about and finding people to help me. But when I do they're very kind. Beware the customers there. They walk not knowing where they're going. Sometimes I can't blame them but I went in and they would stop in pairs and not think about the fact that they're taking up the whole isle. I won't be rude but it was baffling how much it happened in one visit. Oh well haha, still will keep coming here <3”

“I love going there for affordable deals. I'm a perfume girly, and they have the best price for value. They have some good at home furniture and rugs. I enjoy browsing the different sections. I always leave with something, and that makes this place great. It's my go-to when seeking gifts, etc..
Update review: it's still really great and they have the nicest cashiers. I today noticed some really quality home items at a great discounted rate. Wanted to add that it's very wheelchair accessible, plenty of parking and has accessible changing rooms.”

“Recently had my winter tires put on, my oil change done and rust proof all done at this location the same morning! They were super accommodating when I had called to ask for all 3 services to be completed same day, they said no problem. They threw away my old tires for me, bagged up my summers and even filled my windshield fluid for me. I would highly recommend this location for their auto department. Thanks again guys, made my life a lot easier!”

“So far experience here is much better than the Coventry road Canadian Tire. The guy here also, asked me to ask dealer what tire size should I get. But, he also explained why isn't this safe for him to recommend a tire for my car.
He was also kind enough to provide me an estimated quote, based on the fact that I may go for a downsized rim. Really appreciated his efforts. The other day at the same store, another employee helped me to decide what's a potential fit for my car.
I mean I totally get it, that I should confirm from a dealer before making the purchase. But I still feel, anyone who sell tires should be able to do some research and tell for sure what's the best fit.
They delivered the same message as the Coventry store, but unlike them, had a super helpful attitude. Loved it.”

They have just about anything you could think of and at pretty reasonable prices. We buy our oatmeal and large bags of brown sugar here...for way less than anywhere Else by far.
Tuna on sale often super cheap.
Lots of parking and uf you go earlier in the day it's actually a lot less busy and crowded.”

Update 1: I've been there yesterday. They seem to be fixing it. I'll upgrade to 5 star when they are done.
We did our shopping, and I gave a 5-star rating on the self-check machine. Then, on our way out, while pushing the cart, it's wheel fell in a hole ? in the pavement (see the photo). This caused the cart stop abruptly, and I suddenly bumped into it, which caused severe pain ? in my leg ? that I still feel now about a week later.”
