Loblaws Baseline Road is a large grocery store that caters to a diverse community. The store has a good selection of products, including a wide range of Kosher items. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, with standout employees like Evelyn and John who go above and beyond to assist customers. John in the meat department, in particular, is praised for his excellent customer service, providing helpful advice and ensuring customers find what they need. While the size of the store can be overwhelming for some, especially the elderly, the store offers a variety of deals and promotions, such as the popular chicken tender and wedges combo. Overall, Loblaws Baseline Road is a well-stocked and customer-focused grocery destination, though the high prices can be a deterrent for some.
Amy at the baby food isle helped us to find a product which was out of stock on the shelf. She was patient and extremely professional and helped us find the right product. Thank you Amy for your help.

This store in Ottawa had a great variety of foods. I gound everything I needed. They have a Joe Fresh store inside as well but I found it way too expensive for the clothes they were selling.
