“We were looking for probiotics and were amazed with the many many options.
Just looking around the shelves identified all kind of natural products, supplements, vitamins, snacks, perfumes (yes, nice fragancies, one brought back in time: vetiver...) and many more.
Bonus: we were not looking specifically for kefir, but browsing the fridge found a brand sold in jars and, we were very well impressed. Higly recommended.”

They have fresh vegetables and produce, a great selection of everyday groceries, and an impressive range of Pooja and religious items. Everything feels fresh and well stocked. “Small Caribbean store with very friendly chatty owner (Captain Sunshine ). I wish the selection of fresh fruits and fresher vegetables were available but I know sourcing it can be hard unless you arein Toronto. Did buy a nice Dutch pot and some Jamaican sweet treats. “Hey this is for the people who have to wait at the Riverside Hospital parking lot. This store is close and there is a park nearby. It has good prepared food and you can pick up groceries for home at the same time. No time to waste waiting in a parking lot.”
“My friends and I have been coming to this store for 6 years now. The owner Hati is a super funny and friendly man who makes great jokes and always makes me feel welcome. “This place is a local gem. I heard Kaz Kitchen had changed ownership recently and decided to check it out since it has been a few months of disappointment with what was in the shelves. The new owner was so kind and immediately wanted to know what I was looking for and promised to stock it up for me. A couple days later, she had gotten exactly what I was looking for, and she's kept it in stock since! Not to mention the meat pies and lasagnas and desserts she makes! I always make sure to get a lunch or snack while there. Excellent cornerstore for Guigues Avenue.”

“This is a reasonably well-stocked Indian grocery store offering a good variety of vegetarian products.
In addition to everyday groceries, they carry religious and festival items such as incense, kalash pots, small deity statues, and decorative pieces.
You can also pick up ready-to-eat or freshly made snacks like jalebi and samosas.
The grocery selection primarily covers North Indian and South Indian cuisines, including items like frozen parathas, Indian desserts, rice varieties, fresh and frozen vegetables, cooking pots, utensils, and more.
That said, I haven't come across certain specific ingredients there, such as taro leaves, momo wrapper, etc.”

“Best place in Ottawa to get Euro food. Its been difficult to find Finnish food in Eastern Ontario so whenever I make a trip to Ottawa I stop here. They even had fresh pulla last time I was there. But since this is all imported products it can be on the pricey side. But that's okay, it fills my cravings!”
