“I had such a great experience at Indochino in Rideau Centre in Ottawa. From start to finish it was fantastic.
The selection of fabrics and the number of ways you can customize your suit is honestly amazing. I had no idea how many options there were. Fab was incredibly friendly and walked me through the entire process step by step. The level of detail that goes into the measurements and the questions about your preferences was impressive. They really take the time to make sure everything is tailored exactly to you.
You can tell they absolutely know their stuff. At the same time, they have created such a relaxed atmosphere that the whole experience feels easy and natural. Instead of feeling overwhelmed by choices, you feel guided through the process in a way that builds confidence. It never felt intimidating, just thoughtful and professional.
I am so excited to get my new suits and feel confident knowing they were made specifically for me and will fit perfectly. I even got to choose fun lining patterns for the jackets and add a custom monogram on the inside, which is such a special touch.
Highly recommend if you are looking for a custom suit and a great experience.”

“It can be lovely and sales or even the prices can be great but sometimes those prices are wild. But I've found very good deals. The problem is going about and finding people to help me. But when I do they're very kind. Beware the customers there. They walk not knowing where they're going. Sometimes I can't blame them but I went in and they would stop in pairs and not think about the fact that they're taking up the whole isle. I won't be rude but it was baffling how much it happened in one visit. Oh well haha, still will keep coming here <3”

He took the time to understand what I was looking for, explained everything clearly, answered every question with patience, and made sure I felt confident the entire way through. No pressure, no rushing, no sales-y vibes—just pure competence and care.
Honestly? This guy makes this place worth coming to. I chose this stone specifically because of the service Claud provided. That’s how good he is. When someone treats you with that level of respect and attention to detail, you don’t forget it—and you don’t shop anywhere else.
