“I drove from the Edmonton area for cowboy boots due to the lack of inventory and customer service at the Lammles locations in Edmonton. They had a great selection of boots and had my size in everything I had expressed interest in. Christi H went out of her her way to ensure I was taken care of, and they even looked after my parking so I didn't get a ticket. I highly recommend this location and I know where to go when I need any western wear. Thanks for a great experience!”

“Went today, October 01, 2026, to get a new suit for Remembrance Day, and other future formal events. It had been about 11 years since I last bought a new suit and was kind of dreading having to go through the process; however, I had the best and most max-relaxed experience I have ever had clothes/suit shopping. Tyson was very friendly, patient, and helpful, as was Michael - who I believe was the manager - who brought years of experience, and a keen eye; both collaborated well to help me get the overall aesthetic I was looking for. Very satisfied and would return for any future formal wear needs.”

“Last summer he rented a suit for a wedding, and unfortunately the guy was not helpful at all and measured him wrong and his pants were too short and wide, his jacket was baggy. Went in with my husband searching for a suit for a wedding for the end of September Rafaela was so amazing she went above and beyond, very much recommend her if you need help fitting! This visit definitely redeemed our experience with moores thanks to Rafaela.”

I actually forgot the bag with my purchases the other day (set it down while helping my kids with their winter jackets, then walked out the door without it), and after emailing to arrange for pickup at a later date, Noel went above and beyond and dropped the bag off at my in-laws' place where we were staying. Thanks so much again for doing me a solid there ?. This is the best shop in Red Deer, and we will be back for sure. Highly Recommended!”

“Went into the store with my son to find a suit for his sister’s wedding. He is very much a jeans, hoodie and T-shirt kind of guy, so suit shopping is definitely outside his comfort zone. Aljoy was absolutely wonderful. He immediately picked up that my son wasn’t quite in his element and took the time to listen to what he wanted, while also entertaining a few ideas from Mom. 😊 The end result? “Amazing customer service by the two gentlemen working on June 28th at around 4:00pm in greeting me when I walked in and it was a clean and organized store. I was looking for a specific t-shirt and an associate saw that and asked if I needed assistance and showed me quickly where the t-shirt was and ended up ringing me through. He was so polite and friendly. It made my experience so lovely and happy in red deer. I am from calgary but highly recommend this location if you are in the area.”
