Penningtons is a store for plus size ladies, offering an excellent selection of clothing from 5X to 1X. Customers love the fashion, fit, and very comfortable clothing. The store is tidy and provides a great atmosphere and vibe. Staff are described as very helpful, easy to talk with, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful. They work hard to find garments, assist with purchases, and suggest different options. The change room staff and cashiers are noted as being lovely and nice. Excellent sales are available. The online shopping option is particularly loved, with deliveries always being exactly what was ordered and arriving promptly. The online size chart assistance helps find the correct size, eliminating returns. Many customers are very, very happy, highly recommend the store, and have been loyal customers for over 20 years.
The curtains in the changing room are a bit off putting - I swear they used to have doors? Or maybe it’s the other penningtons that does? Either way, difficult to secure/unnerving to try on bras without a door that closes.

Major props to the sales team for helping me find the right fit. I've been on an exhausting hunt for some decent bras and they spent over a hour with me adjusting, suggesting and finding me the right fit. Found some basics I really need too. It was worth the drive for me.
